Scanning Documents
Being able to scan a paper document to PDF means can you contribute HIP contents
immediately, and also ensures
critical documents (deeds etc) do not leave the security of your office. Scanning is also essential to preserve colour in any paper document that is to be added
to a HIP.
Colour scans create large PDF files for upload, so it is essential
to only colour-scan pages that actually contain colour, while using Black and White scanning
for pages containing normal type.
Our production site will reject PDF uploads that are not formatted to A4 size.
