Our Unique Proposition
Most HIP providers will produce a HIP that will contain the least possible information. That HIP will do very little, or even nothing, to speed up and make less stressful the home buying and selling process. It may even make property sellers ask the question "why did I pay so much for this and why did you recommend that particular HIP supplier to me!"
The production of a quality HIP needs addressing. We have created a very simple yet effective way of producing a such a HIP quickly and competitively.
The priority of the estate agent and the seller will be to market the property as soon as possible whilst complying with current legislation. We have a two tier production process, Hipag will produce a basic HIP quickly, professionally and competitively. Complying fully with both the interim arrangements (August until December) and the full arrangements in January 2008. Our accredited member firms of solicitors and conveyancers will, whilst the property is being marketed, review that basic HIP and start obtaining any additional information and documentation that will be needed (and needed it will be!) in order to streamline the conveyancing process. In short, our HIP will not be gathering dust whilst the property is being marketed.
