Manual HIPAG Order Form
This form has been designed to obtain all the information required to produce a HIP which can be imputed into the site latter. Ideal for off-site visits etc. For help with off-site orders, click here.

Hipag is not set up to deal with credit/debit card details. However the procedures to use our off-site manual order form are simple.The estate agent or solicitor either completes the form off site and takes it back to his office and enters the details into Hipag Online and pays for the Hip in any other way than by credit or debit card, or he returns to his office with the completed form, phones the seller for credit/debit card details and then and enters those details via Hipag online. The form should only be faxed to Hipag for use, if payment is made via the estate agents or solicitors re seller account.
